RESOLUTION NO. 613
RESOLUTION FIXING TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING
REPORT OF PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDING
THE ESTABLISHMENT OF OFF ICIAL PLAN LINES FOR
TENTH STREET
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of
Gilroy has heretofore proposed that plan lines be estab-
lished for Tenth Street between Princevalle Street and
Monterey Street in the City of Gilroy and has made its
report to the Council of the City of Gilroy in which it
recommends that the said plan lines for said Tenth street
between the said designated points be approved and adopt-
ed, and said report is accompanied by a map prepared by
the City Engineer showing in detail the location of said
proposed plan line; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary that a hearing be held
before this Council upon the said proposal to adopt said
plan lines for said street, and at least ten days. notice
is to be given of hearing;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said report of
said Planning Commission upon the proposal to adopt said
plan lines for Tenth Street between Princevalle and Monte-
rey Streets be heard before this Council in the Council
Chambers at First and Rosanna Streets in the City of Gilroy
on the 15th day of Max , 1961 at the hour

do so may appear and object to the adoption of the said
proposal; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk give no-

tice of said hearing of said proposal in accordance
with the law by publication in the GILROY EVENING
DISPATCH' at least ten days before the said time of
hearing.
