RESOLUT[ON OF THE COUNC[L OF THE CITY OF GILROY ACCEPTANCE OF CONVEY-
ANCE OF EASEMENT FOR R[GHT OF WAY FOR SANITARY SEWER L[NE AND STORM
DRAIN EXECUTED BY GilROY ELEMENTARY SCHOOL DISTRICTo
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Gilroy that said City
does hereby accept the attached conveyance by Gi lroy Elementary
School District of Santa Clara County to the City of Gi lroy of an
easement for right of way for a Sanitary Sewer line and for a Storm
Drain along the East and North boundary 1 ines of the 11.285 acre tract
of land described in the final order of condemnation made in the
action brought by Gilroy School District of Santa Clara County vs.
San Martin Vineyards by a co-partnership, in the Superior Court of
Santa Clara County, and of record in the office of the County Recorder
of Santa Clara County in Volume 4896 of official records at page 254,
and consents to its recordation.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of June, 1961, by the following vote:
