RESOLUTION NO. 632
RESOLUTION FIXING T~E OF HEARING OF PROPOSAL
AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE, FORMERLY ORDINANCE
NO. 422 , AS SET FORTH IN APPENDIX A TO THE CODE
OF THE CITY OF GILROY,BY ORGINALLY ZONING CASTLE-
WOOD PARK ANNEXATION NO.3 TO THE CITY OF GILROY.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Gilroy
has reported to the City Council and finds and recommends
that Castlewood Park Annexation No. 3 should be zoned as
set forth in the report;
NOW I THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that a hear ing be held
on the 21st day of August, 1961, at the hour of 8:00 olclock
P.M. before the City Council in the Council Chambers in the
City Hall, No. 10 S. Rosanna Street, Gilroy, California,
upon the said report and recommendations and upon said
proposed zoning at which time and place anyone desiring to
do so may appear and show cause, if any he has, why the said
recommendations should not be adopted by the Councilr
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that notice of the said hearing
be given in accordance with law and the zoning ordinance of
the City of Gilroy.
PASSED AND ADOPTED the 7th day of August, 1961, by the
following vote:
