RESOLUTION NO. 633
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY FIXING
THE TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING THE REPORT OF THE PLANNING COM-
MISSION FINDING AND RECOMMENDING THE ADOPTION OF AN AMENDMENT
TO THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF GILROY, FORMERLY ORD-
INANCE NO. 422, AS NOW SET FORTH IN THE APPENDIX A IN THE
CODE OF THE CITY OF GILROY BY PROVIDING FOR SUPPLEMENTARY
OR COMBINED DISTRICTS OR ZONES TO BE KNOWN AS "s" DISTRICTS.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Gilroy
has reported to the City Council of said City, after hearing
thereon held in accordance with law, and reports and finds
and recommends that the zoning ordinance of the City of Gilroy
as now set forth in Appendix A in the Code of the City of Gilroy,
formerly Ordinance No. 422, be amended by the adopting of an
ordinance creating supplementary or combined districts to be
known as "s" Districts.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the 21st day of
August, 1961, be and the same is hereby fixed, as the time
and place of hearing said report of the said Planning Commission
and the said proposal that said Zoning Ordinance be amended as
recommended therein, at which time and place anyone desiring to
do so may appear and show cause, if any he has, why the said
recommendations should not be adopted by the Council;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that notice of said hearing
be given in accordance with law and the zoning ordinance of
the City of Gilroy.
PASSED AND ADOPTED the 7th day of August, 1961, by the
