BE IT RESOLVED:
That the City of Gilroy does hereby accept that certain Deed
attached hereto made by ERMllINDA CHlESA and MARGIORINO CH[ESA and
DOROTHY CHlESA, his wife, to the CiTY OF GllROY, dated the 18th day
of August, 1961, and consents to the recordation of said Deed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of August, 1961, by the
following vote:
