RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL ACCEPTING CONVEYANCE FROM
BONANZA INC. 1 A CORPORATION 1 FOR EASEMENT PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Gilroy that
said City of Gilroy does hereby accept the attached conveyance
from BONANZA INC.1 a corporation, to the City of Gilroy, dated
September 14th
, 1961, and consents to the recordation
of said deed.
