RESOLUTION OF CITY COUNCIL ACCEPTING CONVEYANCE
OF REAL PROPERTY
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY:
That said City of Gilroy does hereby accept the attached
conveyance of real property from Rose Mazzuca to the said City of
Gilroy, and consents to itfs recordation.
Passed, approved and adopted the 19th day of September,
adjourned
1961, at a regular/meeting of the City Council of said City of Gilroy,
held on the 19th day of Spetember, 1961, by the following vote:
