RESOLUTION NO. 649
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Gilroy has duly re-
ported to the Council, after a hearing regularly held thereon in accordance
with law, upon its proposal to amend the Circulation Element of the General or
Master Plan, of the City of Gilroy, by rerouting a part of the thoroughfare as
originally adopted extending from Mesa Road to Monterey Street via Tenth Street
and thence to Pacheco Pass Road by the easterly extension of Tenth Street so
that said thoroughfare will run diagonally from Tenth and Church Streets to
Ninth and Monterey Streets and thence easterly on Ninth Street to the said
Pacheco Pass Road in which report said Commission recommends the adoption of
said amendment, and
WHEREAS, the law requires that the Council of the City of Gilroy
hold a hearing upon said proposed amendment to said circulation element of the
General Plan
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with law be it resolved that Monday
the 6th day of November, at the hour of 8:00 o'clock P.M. in the Council
Chambers in the City Hall, at Sixth and Rosanna Streets, in the said City of
Gilroy be and the same is hereby fixed as the time and place for the holding
of the hearing upon said proposed amendment and that notice of said hearing be
given in accordance with law.
