RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL ACCEPTING DEED FROM
THEODORE NAUER and ANN NAUER, his wife, CON-
VEYING PREMISES CONSTITUTING A PORTION OF THE
NORTHERLY EXTENSION OF CHURCH STREET TO WELBURN
AVENUE TO THE CITY OF GILROY.
BE IT RESOLVED that the CITY OF GILROY does hereby
accept the attached Deed from Theodore Nauer and Ann Nauer,
his wife, conveying what is known as a portion of the Northerly

extension of Church Street to Welburn Avenue to -the City of
Gilroy and consents to its recordation.
