RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL ACCEPTING DEED FROM
HOWSON r: S INC. I A CORPORAT ION, CONVEYING PREMISES
CONSTITUTING A PORTION OF THE NORTHERLY EXTENSION
OF CHURCH STREET TO WELBURN AVENUE TO THE CITY
OF GILROY.
BE IT RESOLVED that the CITY OF GILROY does hereby
accept the attached Deed from Howsonts Inc., a corporation,
conveying what is known as a portion of the Northerly extension
of Church Street to Welburn Avenue to the City of Gilroy and
consents to its recordation.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd
day of January, 1962
by the following vote:
