RESOLUT ION NO. 668
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY FIXING
TIME OF HEARING REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION OF PLANNING
COMMISSION ON PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO ZONING ORDINANCE
REPEALING SUBDIVISION 2 OF SUBSECTION'{C)' OF SECTION 7~
OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF GILROY AS SET
FORTH IN THE APPENDIX TO THE GILROY CITY CODE
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Gilroy has
filed with the City Clerk its report on the proposal to amend the
Zoning Ordinance of the City of Gilroy by repealing Subdivision 2
of Subsection {c} of Section 7~ of said Zoning Ordinance as set
forth in the appendix to the Gilroy City Code, and,
WHEREAS, the said City Planning ComTIission has given notice
of its hearing on said proposal and in accordance with law has
held the said hearing and has in its said report reco~~ended that
the said proposed amendment to the said Zoning Ordinance be adoptedt
and,
WHEREAS, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Gilroy and the
law requires that a hearing be held before the said Council on
the said proposed amendment to the said Zoning Ordinance;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that the
19th day of February
1962, at the hour of 8:00 o/clock P.M. in the Council Chambers in
the City Hall, No. 10 South Rosanna Street, Gilroy, California, be
and the same is hereby fixed as the time and place for hearing the
said proposal to amend the said Zoning Ordinance, and that notice
of the said hearing be given in accordance with law.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 5th day of February, 1962, by the
following vote:
AYES: COUNCIIMEMBERS :Jordan,Petersen,Quarti ro1 i, and Sanchez.
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS :Wentworth
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS :Duffin, and Goodrich
