RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GILdOY ADOPTI 3UDGET PROPOSAL FOrl EXPENDITURE
OF FUNDS ALLOCATED UNDER SECTION 2107.5 OF THE

for the expenditure of the Enzineering Allocation
to Cities; and
vnIEREAS, the City Council has heard read said Agreement in
full and is familiar with the contents thereof; and
WHEREAS, a budget proposal for the expenditure of funds
allocated under Section 2107.5 of the Streets and Highways Code
for the fiscal year ending June 30, 19~_, has been prepared for
presentation to the State of California;
NOVI, THEHEFORE, BE IT HESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of
Gilroy
that said budget proposal be and is hereby
adopted as the budget of proposed expenditures of the Engineering
Allocation to Cities, and said budget proposal be and the same is
hereby approved and
the Vavor is directed to
