B.ESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILHOY

SIGNALS AT THE INTERSECrrION OF THIRD SrrREET VHTH I.iONTEiLEY
STimET AND AUTHOR.IZING ITS EXECUTION.
VIHER.EAS, a proposed agreement with the State Depart-
ment of Public Works, Division of Highways, for the
installation of a traffic control signals at the inter-
section of Third Street with State Highway Route 2
(Ivlonterey Street) has been submitted to the City Council
for consideration; and
vlHEREAS, the City Council has read said agreement
and is familiar 'IIi th the contents thereof;
NOW TIlliREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Gilroy, that the same be and is hereby approved
and the Mayor and the City Clerk are directed to sign the
same on behalf of said City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th
day of June, 1962 by
the following vote:
