RESOLUTION NO. 694
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY GRANT[NG
AN OWNERS PERMIT TO FRANK W. STEGALL TO OPERATE A TAXICAB.
WHEREAS, Frank M. Stegall, whose address is 165 South
Monterey Street, Morgan Hill, California, has made application for
an owner's permit to operate a taxicab in the City of Gilroy,
and
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered his application
and has determined that there is sufficient publ ic need for addi-
tional taxicab operation, in the City of Gilroy, that the vehicle
proposed to be operated is adequate and safe, and that the addi-
tlonal service will be beneficial to the public convenience and
welfare,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that Frank W. Stegall be
and is hereby granted an owner1s permit to operate a taxicab in
the City of Gilroy.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Gilroy by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCIL MEMBERS:Duffin,Goodrich,Jordan,Petersen,Quartiroli,
Wentworth, and Sanchez.
NOES: COUNCIL MEMBERS:None
ABSENT: COUNCIL MEMBERS:None
