RESOLUTION NO. 699
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DEED FROM
MARY GIACHINO
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY:
That said City of Gilroy accepts the attached conveyance
by MARY GIACHINO of real property comprising a strip of land
5.5 feet in width, the northerly line of which, is described as
follows:
"BEGINNING at the northeasterly corner of Lot 1 in
Block 5 North, Range 5 West as shown on "Map showing
Jas. A. Clayton & Co's. Addition to the City of
Gilroy", which map is recorded in Book "V" of Maps
at page 25, and running thence along the southwesterly
line of First Street S. 800 14' E. 142.000 feet", and
That said City of Gilroy consents to the recordation of
said deed.
