RESOLUTION NO. 704
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY APPROVING
AND AUTHORIZING GRANTING OF USE PERMIT TO DONAllJ) L. STONE
ORGANIZATION TO ERECT STRUCTURES AT NORTH AND SOUTHWEST
CORNERS OF WAYIAND IAN:E AND WREN AVENUE
WHEREAS, Donald L. Stone Organization applied to the Planning
Commission of the City of Gilroy for a use permit authorizing it
to erect structures at the North and Southwest corners of Wayland
Lane and Wren Avenue containing the name of said organization; and
WHEREAS, the said Planning Commission has duly heard and con-
sidered the said application and recommended that a permit be
granted in accordance with the application subject to the following
conditions:
1. The structure shall not be in conflict with any
other local ordinances.
2. Within one year from the acceptance of the sub-
division by the City of Gilroy, all of the
structure with the exception of the adobe
planter shall be removed at the expense of the
Donald L. Stone Organization; and
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission has reported to the
Council its recommendation that the said permit be granted and
the said report has been now considered by the Council;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of
Gilroy does hereby approve the granting of the said permit and does
authorize the issuance of the permit upon the two conditions here-
inabove set forth.
