RESOLUTION NO. 707
RESOLUTION OF COUNCIL APPROVING ACTION OF PLANNING COMMISSION
APPROVING GRANTING OF A USE PERMIT TO WEST COAST PROPERTIES,
INC. TO OPERATE A COIN-OPERATED LAUNDRY AND DRY CLEANING
ESTABLISHMENT ON PREMISES AT SOUTHWEST CORNER OF FIRST AND
EIGELBERRY STREETS.
WHEREAS, West Coast Properties, Inc., a Corporation, has here-
tofore made a written application to the Planning Commission of the
City of Gilroy for a use permit authorizing it to use the premises
located at the Southwest corner of First and Eigelberry Streets
in the City of Gilroy for the operation of a coin-operated laundry
and dry cleaning establishment; and,
~YHEREAS, the said Planning Commission has duly heard the said
application and the evidence presented in support thereof and has
made a written report to the Council in which it approves and author-
izes the granting of said permit as requested and the said report
has been duly presented to the Council for action thereon; and,
WHEREAS, the Council has duly considered the said application
for said permit and the recommendation of the said Planning Commission
thereupon and has determined that the said report and action of the
Planning Commission should be approved and the permit issued;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the said report of the
said Planning Commission upon the said application for said use
permit, be, and the same is hereby approved and that the permit
issue in accordance with the said application.
