RESOLUTION NO. 708
RESOLUTION OF COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY FIXING TIME
AND PLACE OF HEARING REPORT OF PLANNING COMMISSION AP-
PROVING AND RECOMMENDING ADOPTION OF OFFICIAL PLAN LINES
FOR THE NORTHERLY EXTENSION OF CHURCH STREET FROM WEL-
BURN AVENUE TO A POINT 160.58 FEET NORTH OF LIMAN AVENUE.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Gilroy has reported
to the Council of said City that said Commission approves that plan lines be
established for the northerly extension of Church Street from Welburn Avenue
to a point 160.58 feet north of Liman Avenue in accordance with a map prepared
by the City Engineer on file in the Office of the City Clerk, entitled, IIPlan
Line for the Extension of Church Street in the City of Gilroy, California, County
of Santa Clara"; and,
WHEREAS, it is necessary that a hearing be held before the Council
upon the said proposal for the adoption of said Official Plan Lines;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That Monday the 5th day of November,
1962, at the hour of 8:00 o'clock p.m. in the Council Chambers in the City Hall
at No. 10 South Rosanna Street, Gilroy, California, be, and the same is hereby
fixed as the time and place for the hearing of said report and proposal to es-
tablish said Official Plan Lines as the same are shown upon the said Map above
referred to, to which reference is hereby made for further particulars;
BE IT FURJHER RESOLVED, that notice of the said time and place of
said hearing be given in accordance with the Official Plan Line Ordinance of the
City of Gilroy and the Provisions of the Government Code applying to said hearing.
