RESOLUTION NO. 79 - 5
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY,
CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING AMENDMENTS TO THE CITY'S THIRD,
FOURTH AND FIFTH YEAR HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
PROGRAMS AND BUDGETS.
WHEREAS, changes in the City's Housing and Community Devel-
opment (HCD) Program and Budget are needed to permit the timely and
more economical initiation of HCD projects; and
WHEREAS, the necessary public hearing has been held after
due notice as required by law;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council authori-
zes the transfer of $32,000. of Fourth Year HCD funds from Neighbor-
hood Improvements-Eastside to Lewis Street Construction and the
transfer of $32,000. of Fifth Year HCD funds from Lewis Street Improve-
ments to Neighborhood Improvements-Eastside;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council authorizes the
transfer of $1,809.39 of Third Year HCD funds from Administration to
community Center Expension, a Fourth Year project.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of February, 1979, by the
