Resolution 1979- 18 -- . . ~ -- --.... RESOLUTION NO. 79-18 RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY DECLARING THE GRAFF-NICHOLS HOUSE A HISTORICAL BUILDING Upon application of THOMAS A. KING of KING and DOMINGUES and good cause appearing therefore, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Gilroy that the GRAFF-NICHOLS HOUSE at 7528 Eigleberry, Gilroy, a Victorian home constructed in 1888, is hereby declared to be a Historical Building.
