RESOLUTION NO. 79 - 21
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY AUTHORIZING
EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT WITH THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA FOR SOS
FUNDS.
WHEREAS, the applicant agency is prepared to enter into
an agreement with the State of California for SOS Funds, pursuant
to the Federal-Aid for Safer Off-System Roads Act.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council
hereby approves the filing of said application in accord with
Paragraph 2 Article II of the Master Agreement for Federal-Aid
Program entered into between the City of Gilroy and the State of
California on June 5, 1978.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of March, 1979, by
the following vote:
