RESOLUTION NO. 79 - 23
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY APPROVING
AN ADDENDUM TO THE AGREEMENT FOR ENGINEERING AND CONSULTING
SERVICES FOR THE WASTEWATER TREATMENT FACILITIES PROJECT, CITY
OF GILROY, CALIFORNIA.
WHEREAS, the Agreement for Engineering and Consulting
Services for the Wastewater Treatment Facilities Project has
been previously submitted to and approved by the City Council; and
WHEREAS, an Addendum to said Agreement has been prepared
and submitted to the City Council; and
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Gilroy City
Council hereby approves Addendum A to the Agreement for Engineering
and Consulting Services for the Wastewater Treatment Facilities
Project with HARRIS & ASSOCIATES, Consulting Engineers, dated
June 19, 1978 as amended, and as shown as Exhibit "A" to this
resolution and made part hereof by this reference, and authorizes
execution thereof.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council
of the City of Gilroy this 19th day of March, 1979, by the fo1low-
ing vote:

ADDENDUM A
ADDENDUM TO AGREEMENT FOR ENGINEERING
AND CONSULTING SERVICES
WASTEWATER TREATMENT FACILITIES PROJECT
CITY OF GILROY~ CALIFORNIA
THIS ADDENDUM A to the AGREEMENT FOR ENGINEERING AND
CONSULTING SERVICES by and between the CITY OF GILROY and
HARRIS & ASSOCIATES, Consulting Engineers, entered into
the 19th day of June, 1978 is hereby entered into this
day of , 1979, and made a part of said
AGREEMENT.

WHEREAS. Step 3, Construction, of the Wastewater Manage-
ment Facilities project has been awarded, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary under the provisions of paragraph
4 (d) of said agreement to establish a cost ceiling and fixed
profit amounts for Step 3 services for construction management
as described in said agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereto agree as follows:
As defined under and in conformance with all pro-
visions of paragraph 4 (d) of said agreement, the cost
ceiling for PHASE III Construction Management of Step 3
shall be $71,030.00, and the fixed profit for said
PHASE VI of Step 3 shall be $10,654.00. said amounts
being itemized on EPA Form 5700-41 attached hereto and
made a part hereof.

addendum on the date and year first-above written as authorized
by the City Council of the City of Gilroy.
