RESOLUTION NO. 79-29
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY AUTHORIZING
AMENDMENT OF THE CITY'S FOURTH YEAR HOUSING AND CO~ruNITY DEVELOP-
MENT PROGRAM AL"'ID BUDGET.
WHEREAS, changes in the City's Housing and Community
Development (HCD) Program and Budget are needed to nermit the
timely initiation of HCD projects, andi
WHEREAS, the necessary public hearing has been held
after due notice as required by 1aw~
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council
authorizes the transfer of $20,000.00 of Fourth Year Hen Funds
from the Northside Drainage Channel Project to the Sewer Trunk
Line Project.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of April, 1979, by
the following vote:
