RESOLUTION NO. 79 - 32
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COL~CIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY DESIGNATING
THE CITY OF GILROY FOR MORTGAGE ASSISTANCE UNDER THE HOME O~mER-
SHIP AND HO~lli IMPRO'ffi~lliNT PROGRAM OF THE CALIFORNIA HOUSING
FINANCE AGENCY.
WHEREAS, it is the goal of the City of Gilroy to en-
courage persons and families of low and moderate income to obtain
access to housing finance;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council
designates the City of Gilroy as a Mortgage Assistance Area for
the purpose of receiving financial assistance from the California
Housing Finance Agency.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of April, 1979, by the
following vote:
