RESOLUTION NO. 79 - 34
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY AUTHORIZING THE
DATING AND EXECUTION OF THE CONTRACTS FOR THE WASTEWATER TREATMENT
PLANT AND INTERCEPTOR TRUNK LINE PROJECTS.
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Administrator of the City
of Gilroy be authorized to date and execute the contracts on May
2, 1979 for the Wastewater Treatment Plant and Interceptor Trunk Line
Contracts upon receipt of approval of said contracts by the State
of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of April, 1979, by the
