RE5CLUTION tIO. 79-41
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY
ESTABLISHING A FOUR-WAY ARTEI:IAL STOP AT THE INTERSECTION
OF WELBURN AVENUE AND WAYLANIJ LANE IN THE CITY OF GILROY
Upon petition from residents in the area and concurrence by
the Director of Public Works of the City of Gilroy, and good cause
appearing therefor,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY that
the intersection of \-le1burn Avenue and Wayland Lane is hereby declared
and established as a four-way arterial stop intersection, and the
Director of Public Works is hereby directed to install arterial stop
signs at all four corners of said intersection.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of Hay, 1979, by the following
