RESOLUTION NO. 79-43
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY
ESTABLISHING AN ARTERIAL STOP AT THE EAST AND vffiST
ENTRANCES OF ~;AN MIGUEL DRIVE AT ITS INTERSECTION
\.JITH SANTA PAULA DRIVE IN THE CITY OF GILROY
Upon reconnnendation by the Director of Public Works of the City
of Gilroy, and good cause appearing therefor,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY that
San :Higuel Drive shall be an arterial stop street at its intersection
with Santa Paula Drive,and the Director of Public Works is hereby
directed to install two arterial stop signs stopping eastbound and
westbound traffic on San Miguel Drive at said intersection.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of May, 1979, by the following
