RESOLUTION NO. 79-52
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY
DESIGNATING AMENDED PARKING TIME LIMITS ON
EIGLEBERRY STREET.
Upon recommendation and good cause appearing therefor,
BE IT P~SOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY
purSQant to Section 15.69 of the Gilroy City Code that Section
A. 1. b. of Resolution No. 75-57 designating parking time limits
on Elgleberry Street, when properly posted at the direction of
the City Administrator, be amended to read as follows:
A. TIlO HOUR. LIMIT
1. On any day except Sundays and holidays between the
hours of 7: 00 A.M. and 6: 00 P .}f. :
b. On the vlest side of Eigleberry Street, between
First Street and Sixth Street.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of July, 1979, by the following
