RESOLUTION NO. 79-53
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF T1m CITY OF GILROY
ESTABLISHING REVISED ANGLE PARKING ON SECOND STREET
BETWEEN MONTEREY AND EIGLEBERRY STREETS.
Upon recommendation by the Director of Public Works and good
cause appearing therefor)
BE IT RESOLVED BY TIm CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY pursuant
to Section 15.57 of the Gilroy City Code that Resolution No. 78-3
shall be rescinded) and angle parking shall be established on the
following designated street in the City of Gilroy vlhen properly
posted at the direction of the City Administrator.
On the south side of Second Street between Monterey
Street and Eigleberry Street.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of July) 1979, by the
