RESOLUTION NO. 79 - 61
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY AUTHORIZING
THE EXECUTION OF DOCUMENTS PERTAINING TO THE CONTRACTS FOR THE
WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT AND INTERCEPTOR TRlmK LINE PROJECTS.
WHEREAS, on April 16, 1979 the City Administrator of
the City of Gilroy was authorized by Resolution No. 79-34 to
execute the contracts for the Wastewater Treatment Plant and In-
terceptor Trunk Line Projects.
BE IT RESOLVED that the Assistant City Administrator,
in the absence of the City Administrator of the City of Gilroy
be authorized to execute any and all documents pertaining to the
Wastewater Treatment Plant and Interceptor Trunk Line Contracts.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of August, 1979, by the
following vote:
