RESOLUTION NO. 79 - 73
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY, CALIFORNIA,
AUTHORIZING AMENDMENT TO THE CITY'S FIFTH YEAR HOUSING AND COM-
MUNITY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM AND BUDGET.
WHEREAS, changes in the City's Housing and Community
Development (HCD) Program and Budget are needed to permit the
timely and more economical initiation of HCD projects; and
WHEREAS, the necessary public hearing has been held after
due notice as required by law.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council
authorizes the transfer of $32,000.00 of Fifth Year HeD funds from
Lewis Street Improvements to Neighborhood Improvements-Eastside.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of September, 1979, by
the following vote:
