RESOLUTION NO. 79-88
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF TIlE CITY OF GILROY
ESTABLISHING A "PUBLIC SAFETY FUND" FOR THE
DEPOSIT OF UTILITY TAX REVENUES.
Upon recommendation of the City Administrator, and
good cause appearing therefor:
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Gilroy
that the "Public Safety Fund" is hereby created, into which
Utility Tax Revenues shall be deposited, and from which expen-
ditures shall be made for street lighting and public safety.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of November, 1979,
by the following vote:
