RESOLUTION NO. 79-90
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 79-82, DESIGNATING
THROUGH STREETS WITHIN THE CITY, AS TO MILLER
AVENUE AND THIRD STREET.
Upon recommendation by the Director of Public Works
and good cause appearing therefor,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GILROY, pursuant to Section 15.43 of the Gilroy Ci.ty Code, that
Resolution NO. 79-82 designating through streets shall be amended
as follows:
9. Miller Avenue, from First Street to the south city
limits except at Third Street, Sixth Street, Eighth Street, and
Uvas Park Drive.
19. Third Street, from Monterey Street to the west city
limits except at Church Street, Carmel Street, Miller Avenue,
Wren Avenue and Westwood Drive.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 5th dav of November, 1979, by
the following vote:
