RESOLUTION NO. 81-105
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF CONVEYANCE OF OWNERSHIP
OF GAS AND ELECTRIC FACILITIES IN THE OBATA
DEVELOPMENT TO PACIFIC GAS AND ELECTRIC COMPANY
Upon recommendation of the Director of Public Works,
and good cause appearing therefor,
WHEREAS, utility facilities paid for by assessment
district funds are owned by the City and should be owned by the
public utility providing services,
BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor is hereby authorized
to execute a deed conveying ownership of gas and electric facilities
in the Obata Development to Pacific Gas and Electric Company.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of November, 1981,
