RESOLUTION NO. 81-12
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY
AMENDING RESOLUTION 77 -89 FIXING BINGO PERl1IT FEES.
PillSOLVED that the City Council of the City of Gilroy
does hereby declare that Resolution 77-89 fixing fees for bingo
perffiits pursuant to Section 5A.7 of the Gilroy City Code shall be
8.i-nended to provide for a one time, one day permit fee of Ten ($10.00)
Dollars.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of February, 1981, by the
