RESOLUTION NO. 81- 24
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF
FISCAL AGENCY AGREEMENT
SEWER REVENUE BONDS OF 1980
RESOLVED, by the City Council (the tlCounciltl) of the City of
Gilroy (the tlCitytl), California, that,with respect to the City of
Gilroy Sewer Revenue Bonds of 1980, the City make and enter into an
agreement with BANK OF AMERICA NATIONAL TRUST AND SAVINGS ASSOCIATION,
to act as fiscal and paying agent, dated the date of this resolution,
and in form this day prsented to this Council, and the Mayor is hereby
authorized to execute said agreement on behalf of the City, in
quadruplicate, and the City Clerk is authorized to attest the Mayor's
signature and to affix the corporate seal of the City thereto.

I hereby certify that the fqregoing resolution was duly and
regularly adopted and passed by the City Council of the City of Gilroy,
California, at a regular meeting thereof held on the 16th day of
March, 1981, by the fOllowing vote of the members thereOf:
