RESOLUTION NO. 81-25
RESOLUTION OF TIlE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY
DESIGNATING A ONE-WAY ALLEY ItlITHIN THE CITY.
Upon recommendation by the Director of Public Works
and good cause appearing therefor,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GILROY, pursuant to Section 15.49 of the Gilroy City Code, that
when properly signposted, traffic shall move only in the direction
indicated upon the following alley:
On the alley running north and south between
Church Street and Eigleberry Street, only south-
bound traffic shall be permitted between Fourth
and Fifth Streets, except for access to the apart-
ment house garages at the south end.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of March, 1981 by the
following vote:
