RESOLUTION NO. 81-46 RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 79-82 DESIGNATING THROUGH STREETS WITHIN THE CITY AS TO CHURCH STREET AND ESTABLISHING AN ARTERIAL STOP ON CHURCH STREET AT ITS INTERSECTION WITH THOMAS ROAD. Upon recommendation by the Director of Public Works and good cause appearing therefor, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY, pursuant to Section 15.43 of the Gilroy City Code, that Resolution No. 79-82 designating through streets shall be amended as follows: 3. Church Street, from the north city limits to the south city limits except at We1lburn Avenue, First Street, Sixth Street, Tenth Street and Thomas Road. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Church Street shall be an arterial stop street at its intersection with Thomas Road, and the Director of Public Works is hereby directed to install an arterial stop sign stopping southbound traffic on Church Street at said intersection.
