RESOLUTION NO. 81 - 53
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY APPROVING A
CONTRACT WITH THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA FOR COOPERATIVE PERSONNEL
SERVICES.
WHEREAS, the City of Gilroy desires to enter into an Agree-
ment with the State of California, California State Personnel Board,
Cooperative Personnel Services Division for the purpose of performing
examining services for the City of Gilroy; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does hereby appoint Fred O. Wood,
City Administrator of the City of Gilroy to enter into and sign said
agreement for the services to be performed under the contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council does
approve the said contract agreement for said examining services for
a three (3) year period as stated in said contract and authorizes
execution of same.
