RESOLUTION NO. 81-54
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY
AUTHORIZING ACQUISITION OF A TAX SALE PARCEL OF
LAND.
Upon recommendation of the City Administrator, and
good cause appearing therefor,
WHEREAS, the County of Santa Clara has offered to sell
Assessor's Parcel No. 841-53-013 to the City of Gilroy for $370.00,
and
WHEREAS, a City sewer pipe line is located under this
5' X 350' parcel along the south line of Sunrise Park, Tract
No. 5361,
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Administrator is hereby
authorized to purchase said Assessor's Parcel No. 841-53-013
from the County of Santa Clara at the offered price of $370.00.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1 th day of May, 1981, by the
following vote:
