RESOLUTION NO. 81- 61
A RESOLUTION ORDERING REDUCTION OF ASSESSMENTS
OBATA INDUSTRIAL PARK ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Gilroy, California,
that
WHEREAS, the estimated cost of the project under Resolution of
Intention No. 80-104 adopted by the City Council of said City on
October 27, 1980, was $2,399,058.: and
WHEREAS, ~following the opening of bids for the work said estimate
.ay be reduced to $ 2,209,494.00

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the total assessment
is hereby reduced to $ 2,209,494.00 ,and that each of the individual
assessments shall be reduced by its pro rata share of the difference
between the original assessment and the new assessment.
