RESOLUTION NO. 81 - 79
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY A~PPOVING AN
AGREEMENT NO. 110. 79.2 FOP ADJUSTMENT OF CITY mVNED HANHOLESAT'm
WATER VALVE COVERS IN THE CITY OF GILROY.
'NHEREAS, the State of California through its nepartrnent
of Transportation, District 04, has presented an Agreement for the
adjustment of City owned manholes and water valve covers on State
Route 152, (First Street) in the City of Gilroy, in conjunction
with the State's overlay project.
WHEREAS, the City Council has heard read said Agreement
in full and is familiar with the contents thereof;
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the
City of Gi1rov that said Agreement is hereby approved and the Mayor
and City Clerk are directed to sign the same on behalf of the City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of September, 1981, by
