RESOLUTION NO. 81 - 80
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF r;ILROY N1F,\TJHNf;
RESOLUTION NO. 1676 PEGARDING SEPTIC TANK ':r'l;>}JCK DISPOSAL CBAPr-ES.
WHEREAS, the City of Gilroy has made an area available
to accept septic tank waste material; and
WHEREAS, the City of Gilroy has gone to considerable ex-
pense to build and maintain an all-weather A.uDroach to this area
and construction of a holding pond; and
WHEREAS, the most equitable means of off-setting this
expense is a gallonage fee paid by septic tank If Taste haulers.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that all sentic tank trucks
or other liquid ,.Taste haulers be charged a fee of SO. 015 (l~cents)
per gallon of the truck-rated capacitv for du~~in~ at the Gilroy
Septic Tank .Has te Disposal area.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of Septemher, 1981, by
