RESOLUTION NO. 81-82
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY
ESTABLISHING A BUILDOUT SCHEDULE FOR 1982, 1983,
AND 1984 UNDER THE RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT ORDINANCE.
WHEREAS, after study and hearings, the Planning Commission
and staff has recommended a bui1dout schedule for 1982, 1983,
and 1984 under the Residential Development Ordinance.
AND WHEREAS, after further study and hearings the Council,
with modifications, concurs with said recommendations, and
good cause appearing therefor,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the
City of Gilroy approves the following ranking and bui1dout
assignment:
