RESOLUTION NO. 82-1
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY
APPROVING A TENTATIVE MAP FOR A 9 LOT INDUSTRIAL
SUBDIVISION ON 10 ACRES ON THE WEST SIDE OF MURRAY
AVENUE 450 FEET SOUTH OF LAS ANU1AS AVENUE
WHEREAS, application TM 81-8 has been made by
JASKER, INC. to the Planning Commission for approval of a
tentative map for a 9 lot industrial subdivision on 10 acres
on the west side of Murray Avenue 450 feet south of Las Animas
Avenue.
WHEREAS, after a public hearing the Planning Commission
has approved a Negative Declaration under the California
Environmental Quality Act and has passed Resolution No. 81-73
in which it recommends approval of the tentative map subject
to nine conditions, and
WHEREAS, the Council has held a public hearing on the
application and has considered the Planning Commission recommen-
dation and the evidence presentedj
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the
City of Gilroy that;
1. The Negative Declaration is approved in that the
development will not have a significant adverse effect on the
environment.
2. The tentative map is approved subject to the nine
conditions set forth by the Planning Commission, except that
the word Itshalllt shall be substituted for the word "should"
in condition 8.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of January, 1982, by the
