RESOLUTION NO. 82-6
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF CONVEYANCE OF OWNERSHIP
OF TELEPHONE FACILITIES IN THE OBATA DEVELOPMENT
I TO CONTINENTAL TELEPHONE COMPANY
Upon recommendation of the Director of Public Works,
and good cause appearing therefor,
WHEREAS, utility facilities paid for by assessment
district funds are owned by the City and should be owned by the
public utility providing services,
BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor is hereby authorized
to execute a deed conveying ownership of telephone facilities
in the Obata Development to Continental Telephone Company.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of February, 1982,
by the following vote:
