RESOLUTION NO. 82- 18
A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 82-13
ENTITLED, "A RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO
ACQUIRE AND CONSTRUC'!' IMPROVEMENTS"
LAS ANIMAS TECHNOLOGY PARK ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Gilroy, California,
that Resolution No. 82-13 entitled "A Resolution of Intention to
Acquire and Construct Improvements", adopted by this Council on
February 1, 1982, be, and the same is hereby, amended as follows:
1. That Section 15 of said resolution be, and it is hereby
amended to read as follows:
"IS. Notice is hereby given that serial bonds to
represent the unpaid assessments, and to bear interest
at the rate of not to exceed fourteen percent (14%) per
annum, will be issued hereunder in the manner provided
in Bond Plan B, Division III, Chapter l2A of the Gilroy
City Code, the last installment of which bonds shall
mature not to exceed fourteen (14) years from the second
day of July next succeeding ten (10) months from their
date."

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and
regularly adopted and passed by the City Council of the City of Gilroy,
California, at a regular meeting thereof held on the 16th day of
February, 1982, by the following vote of the members thereof:
AYES, and in favor thereof, Councilmembers: ALBERT, GAGE, HUGHAN,
LINK, TAYLOR, VALDEZ and GOODRICH.
