RESOLUTION NO. 82-24
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF GILROY AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF DEVELOPER
AGREEMENTS FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF THE SANTA
CLARA COUNTY MORTGAGE REVENUE BOND PROGRAM
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of
Gilroy, California, that NORMAN B. GOODRICH. Mayor, is hereby
authorized and directed to execute on behalf of said City of
Gilroy all developer agreements between the City and the
County of Santa Clara and all developers participating in the
Santa Clara County Mortgage Revenue Bond Program. provided
that all such agreements shall be conditioned on each original
purchaser residing in the subject property for at least one
year.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of February, 1982,
by the following vote:
AYES: cOUNCILMEMBERS: ALBERT, GAGE, HUGHAN, LINK,
TAYLOR, VALDEZ and GOODRICH
