RESOLUTION NO. 82-25
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY
APPROVING A TENTATIVE MAP FOR A 4 LOT INDUSTRIAL
SUBDIVISION ON 10.7 ACRES ON ROSSI LANE AT MAYOCK
ROAD, SOUTHEAST OF LUCHESSA AVENUE AND THE SOUTH
VALLEY FREEWAY
WHEREAS, application TM 81-6 has been made by
KONLE DEVELOPMENT, LTD. to the Planning Commission for
approval of a tentative map for a 4 lot industrial subdivision
on 10.7 acres on Rossi Lane at Mayock Road, southeast of
Luchessa Avenue and the South Valley Freeway.
WHEREAS, after a public hearing the Planning Commission
has approved an Environmental Impact Report under the
California Environmental Quality Act and has passed Resolution
No. 82-10 in which it recommends approval of the tentative map
subj ect to nineteen, conditions, and
WHEREAS, the Council has held a public hearing on the
application and has considered the Planning Commission recommen-
dation and the evidence presentedj
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the
City of Gilroy that:
1. The Environmental Impact Report is certified as
having met all the requirements of the California Environmental
Quality Act.
2. The tentative map is approved subject to the nineteen
conditions set forth by the Planning Commission in its Resolution
No. 82-10.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of March, 1982, by the
following vote:
