RESOLUTION NO. 82- 29
A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 81-93
ENTITLED, "A RESOLUTION OF PRELIMINARY
DETERMINATION AND OF INTENTION"
RONAN AVENUE - LIMAN AVENUE ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Gilroy, California,
that Resolution No. 8l-93 entitled "A Resolution of Preliminary
Determination and of Intention", adopted by this Council on October 5,
1981, be, and the same is hereby, amended as follows:
1. That Section 20 be added to said resolution to read as
follows:
"20. The total estimated cost of said project is
$903,700,00 of which the City will contribute the
estimated amount of .$208,700.00 leaving an estimated
balance of $695,000.00 to be assessed."

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and
regularly adopted and passed by the City Council of the City of Gilroy,
California, at a regular meeting thereof held on the lst day of March,
1982, by the following vote of the members thereof:
AYES, and in favor thereof, Councilmembers:ALBERT, GAGE, HUGHAN,
LINK, TAYLOR, VALDEZ and GOODRICH.
